The Village

Kennel is not an average hamlet. At anyone time, there are more military personnel than any other inhabitant. The locals are quiet and keep to themselves. The soldiers are mostly here on leave except for the local garrison which is charged with maintaining the peace.

It is small, tightly organized and structurally militarized. There are no Maire and the ultimate authority is the garrison commander. Even if order is maintained at all time, it is a very lively place to stop, especially considering the brothel and the dog fights at the inn.
