Halflings, Tall Ones

The Short Hills is the only realm of the tall halflings, called the Tall Ones. Other settlements exists, but not to such an extent, making it a big surprise to anyone expecting the usual little people.

They have a strong mutually defensive relationship with the dwarves of Darkard.
